— SYNOPSIS
Hee-joo and Eun-young belong to their high school's literary club. In a writing contest that counts toward college admission, Hee-joo wins an award and Eun-young does not. Their teacher compares the two and pushes Eun-young to win. She finally does, by writing what the teacher wants, and realizes she is not happy.

The play takes aim at Korea's college admission system, and at arts-school entrance exams in particular. Eun-young is one of many students taught that the exam is everything, in a system that never respects her as a writer. Through her, I wanted to look at the people and values a society quietly pushes aside.
